A PARAGLIDER'S-EYE VIEW OF THE LAKE DISTRICT
I always carry a camera when paragliding. It's not always possible to take photos if the air is turbulent, my priority is keeping control of the wing and not hitting anything, you definitely get a privileged and unique perspective on the landscape.
My aerial panoramas are achieved by taking a series of vertical shots quickly to avoid movement issues then stitching together later. The results give a good idea of the views we are afforded as pilots exploring the sky.
